About room bookings

We pre-booked rooms at the hotels below however, as we near the start of the conference, those rooms that were not taken are starting to be released for general sales. This situation is normal but may mean that some hotels no longer offer the MICCAI booking price, a situation outside our control. Book now while some are still available!

About daycare

Unfortunately, at this point, we must return to you and declare that our experiment to drum-up interest and organize a day care service at MICCAI has not been successful. Given the now short delays and the lack of response (not enough kids), we have to take this option off the table.

If daycare is a consideration for you, we hope you will be able to make alternative arrangements either at home or here on site. There are hotels that offer babysitting services, and so this might be a good alternative.
